NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Endeavor Catalyst today announced the final close of Endeavor Catalyst Fund V, an oversubscribed $320 million fund that brings the firm's total assets under management to more than $850 million.

The close builds on a portfolio that includes Reflection AI, Bending Spoons and ElevenLabs, three of the companies helping redraw the map of where category-defining technology businesses are built. Across all five funds, as of September 22, Endeavor Catalyst has backed 437 companies across 44 Endeavor markets, producing 83 companies valued at $1 billion or more and 39 exits.

More of the world is building what's next

Global venture capital remains heavily concentrated in a small number of markets and firms, even as exceptional founders and companies are emerging across a much broader map. Endeavor Catalyst was built to find and back those founders through Endeavor's global network, investing alongside leading venture capital and growth equity firms once entrepreneurs have been selected into the Endeavor community.

That model has given Endeavor Catalyst a view into high-growth companies being built beyond traditional venture centers — the markets Endeavor calls Elsewhere — and a way to support them as they scale globally.

"Endeavor was built on the belief that the next great companies can come from anywhere when founders have access to the right Network of Trust," said Linda Rottenberg, co-founder and CEO of Endeavor. "Endeavor Catalyst makes that belief self-sustaining: founders who scale reinvest their capital, experience and networks into the next generation. Fund V is another step toward our vision for a global community of entrepreneurs building and compounding opportunity Elsewhere."

A track record built Elsewhere

Since its founding, Endeavor Catalyst has deployed more than $500 million across 400+ investments. Its portfolio now includes 83 companies valued at $1 billion or more, with 39 exits to date, and 11 IPOs.

Within the portfolio, Europe has accelerated sharply, with 12 new investments in the first half of 2026 after 14 in all of 2025. Latin America remains the portfolio's largest region, while Endeavor Catalyst's broader footprint adds the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the U.S. and Canada.

Founders backing founders

The fund's LP base reflects the same community-driven-model: founders backing founders. Fund V is backed by the founders of iconic companies like Nubank, Revolut, LinkedIn, Snowflake, Checkout.com, Globant, Careem and more. In fact, Endeavor Entrepreneurs account for 30% of Fund V's limited partners, creating a cycle in which founders who have scaled companies through the Endeavor network can reinvest in the next generation.

“This is the Multiplier Effect in action,” said Jackie Carmel, Managing Director of Endeavor Catalyst. “The founders who were once backed by Endeavor Catalyst are now helping extend that same capital, trust and conviction to the next generation of Endeavor Entrepreneurs. It’s a powerful full-circle model.”

Fund V is already at work

Fund V is actively being deployed with early investments into Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io, EnduroSat, HappyRobot, and Lunar Outpost, among others.

Co-investing alongside top global investors like Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund and General Atlantic, the fund’s early bets include founders building elsewhere — Cashea in Venezuela or Moove in Nigeria — as well as founders from Elsewhere building for the global market, such as Preply (from Ukraine), Replit (from Jordan) and HappyRobot (from Spain).

“As our ecosystems mature, we see more and more founders increasing their ambition to build globally,” said Allen Taylor, Managing Partner of Endeavor Catalyst. “This is particularly true in Latin America, where ‘Global LatAm’ is the theme everyone is talking about, and Europe, where success stories like ElevenLabs and Revolut have emboldened the next generation of founders to think bigger.”

The current pipeline Fund V includes significant activity across Europe and Latin America, along with an increase in opportunities from Southeast Asia. Endeavor Catalyst is seeing strong activity in deep tech, foundational AI and cloud infrastructure, as well as second-time founders building AI companies, particularly at the application layer.

What comes next

Endeavor Catalyst expects to deploy an additional $25 million to $30 million over the remainder of 2026. As Fund V continues to invest, the fund will remain focused on backing high-growth Endeavor Entrepreneurs across sectors and geographies where the network sees both exceptional founder ambition and the opportunity to build globally significant companies.
