More than 200 insurance leaders gathered at Earnix’s North American headquarters for the introduction of Earnix AIOS, the launch of its first Customer Advisory Board, and a keynote from Professor Kevin Fong on high-stakes decision-making
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Earnix, the first AI company purpose-built for insurance decisioning, today announced the successful completion of its first North American Earnix Excelerate event, held in Boston, home to the company’s North American headquarters.

The two-day event brought together more than 200 customers, partners, prospects, industry leaders, and Earnix experts to explore how insurers can move from AI experimentation to governed, enterprise-wide execution. Through executive keynotes, customer discussions, product demonstrations, innovation sessions, and peer-to-peer collaboration, attendees examined how insurers can modernize decision-making, operationalize AI, and turn innovation into measurable business impact.
As part of the program, Earnix convened its first North American Customer Advisory Board, bringing together senior customer leaders to share market perspectives, discuss emerging business priorities, and contribute to the future direction of Earnix innovation. The launch reinforced Earnix’s commitment to building solutions grounded in the real-world needs of insurers.
At the center of Excelerate Boston was the introduction of Earnix AIOS, the company’s AI Orchestration System for Insurance. Purpose-built for the insurance industry, AIOS orchestrates AI, data, models, applications, agents, and human expertise across the insurance value chain, giving insurers a governed way to accelerate innovation while maintaining the explainability and control required in a highly regulated market.
“Excelerate Boston was a defining moment for Earnix, our customers, and our growing North American community,” said Robin Gilthorpe, CEO at Earnix. “The energy and engagement across both days reinforced that insurers are ready to move beyond isolated AI pilots and put AI to work across the enterprise. Earnix is uniquely positioned to lead that shift.”
The event also featured a keynote from Dr. Kevin Fong, who drew on lessons from medicine, space exploration, and other high-stakes environments to explore the human side of transformation. For insurers, his message was especially relevant: as risk, regulation, customer expectations, and AI adoption evolve, leadership depends on sound judgement, resilience, and the ability to make complex decisions with confidence.
Throughout the event, attendees saw Earnix technology in action through live demonstrations spanning pricing, rating, underwriting, customer engagement, data transformation, model explainability, and intelligent decisioning. The sessions highlighted how insurers can connect AI, analytics, and business workflows to make faster, more governed decisions across the enterprise.
Customer and partner voices were central to the conversation, offering real-world perspectives on modernization, operational agility, responsible AI adoption, and the changing needs of insurance organizations. Their insights reinforced a clear industry priority: moving from experimentation and isolated use cases to scalable, measurable execution.
