SentinelOne Names LevelBlue Global Delivery Partner for Wayfinder Services

World’s largest pure-play MSSP to expand reach and scale of Wayfinder’s MDR and IRR services, and bring SentinelOne’s AI security, ASOC and EDR to more organizations in more countries

DALLAS & MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SentinelOne® (NYSE: S), the AI Security leader, today announced that it has named LevelBlue, the world's largest pure-play managed security services provider (MSSP), as its global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder services, SentinelOne's suite of AI-powered managed security and threat detection services.

As part of an expanded partnership, the companies will take advantage of LevelBlue’s global scale and security operations, the AI-native SentinelOne Singularity™ Platform, and Wayfinder’s elite threat expertise to give customers a decisive human-plus-AI advantage for stopping modern attacks. LevelBlue and SentinelOne will also expand joint commercial and go-to-market efforts to scale Wayfinder’s expert-led MDR, threat hunting and incident readiness and response services, and introduce Wayfinder to new regions and emerging markets. This includes tapping into LevelBlue’s renowned incident response and readiness services, which unify decades of expertise from Stroz Friedberg and Trustwave to deliver litigation-minded, cyber insurance–approved incident response. As a result, already stretched security and IT teams in businesses of all sizes will be able to enlist experienced practitioners to handle day-to-day detection, response, and incident work on a 24x7x365 basis, while deploying specialized coverage for an attack surface that increasingly includes endpoints, cloud workloads, identities and AI.

The announcement comes at OneCon 2026, SentinelOne’s annual customer conference, and extends LevelBlue’s expert-led delivery to SentinelOne’s newly introduced AI security and autonomous SOC (ASOC) offerings.

Human Expertise Meets Machine Speed Defense at the Global Scale the AI Era Demands

AI has changed the speed of both attack and defense for companies of all sizes. With Wayfinder, SentinelOne’s autonomous SOC capabilities detect, investigate and respond at machine speed, and customers benefit from experienced humans-in-the-loop to validate what matters, take decisive action and stand with them when an incident hits. Through its partnership with LevelBlue, SentinelOne pairs the AI, platform and intelligence behind Wayfinder with LevelBlue’s global team of thousands of elite experts, putting Wayfinder within reach of organizations and regions that have not had access to it before.

LevelBlue’s global security operations, threat hunting expertise, and frontline incident response teams will help customers translate alerts and detections from Wayfinder into informed decisions and coordinated action, from investigating threats to containing incidents and supporting recovery. That combination of operational scale and hands-on expertise will extend Wayfinder’s reach while helping customers manage today’s increasingly complex security challenges.

The latest in an expanding relationship

Today’s announcement is the latest in an expanding strategic partnership between SentinelOne and LevelBlue.

In August 2026, at Black Hat USA, SentinelOne named LevelBlue as premier remediation partner for Wayfinder Frontier AI Services.

In March 2026, at RSAC 2026, the companies announced an expanded strategic global partnership that named LevelBlue a preferred global provider for managed detection and response (MDR) and managed security information and event management (SIEM) services, as well as a preferred provider for incident response (IR).

“LevelBlue has been a trusted and thoughtful partner at every step, from our expanded alliance in March to Wayfinder Frontier AI Services in August, and we architected this next chapter together,” said Melissa K. Smith, SVP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, SentinelOne. “Naming LevelBlue our global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder pairs SentinelOne’s AI and platform with the world’s largest pure-play MSSP and a recognized DFIR powerhouse, so we can bring Wayfinder’s human-led defense to more organizations in more countries, faster.”

“Being named SentinelOne’s global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder reflects the trust our teams have built working side by side for customers,” said Sundhar Annamalai, Chief Strategy Officer for LevelBlue. “Our global security operations, threat hunting, and incident response teams will turn the intelligence in SentinelOne’s platform into decisive action, around the clock and in more countries, for every Wayfinder customer.”
