Investment builds on Myriad360’s momentum as a strategic technology partner to organizations with complex technology needs
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--#ITsystems--One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced a majority investment in Myriad360, a services-led global systems integrator that combines deep technical expertise with capabilities across AI, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity and data center modernization. Myriad360’s existing leadership team will continue to lead the business and retain a significant ownership position alongside OEP. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2003, Myriad360 has achieved sustained growth by investing in its people, expanding its services, deepening strategic technology partnerships and earning the trust of enterprises, neoclouds and other leading organizations. The company helps clients navigate complex technology initiatives through strategic guidance, technical expertise and proven execution.
Myriad360 has continued to expand its services and reach as client needs have evolved, including through its acquisition of Advizex Technologies earlier this year.
OEP’s investment will provide Myriad360 with additional capital and strategic support to continue growing organically, invest in talent and services, and pursue strategic acquisitions that complement the business and create additional value for clients.
