Sunbit Appoints Veteran HR Leader Britt Provost as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

In this role, Provost will lead Sunbit's global people strategy, talent development, leadership programs and organizational effectiveness efforts. She will be instrumental in helping ensure the company continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent as it scales.

Provost brings more than two decades of talent and human resources leadership experience across high-growth technology companies. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through transformational growth phases, including IPO transitions, global expansion, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and large-scale organizational changes.

Most recently, Provost served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. Previously, she held senior people leadership roles at Accolade, Apptio and Avanade, where she helped build and scale organizations across public, private and venture-backed environments. She played key leadership roles during the successful IPOs of Apptio and Accolade and has extensive experience aligning people strategy with business performance during periods of rapid growth.
