Call for papers open for inaugural event, inviting practitioners and thought leaders to share real world use cases and learnings in building autonomous production operations
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NeuBird AI, creator of the autonomous Production Ops Agent, today announced the call for papers for its inaugural Autonomous Production Ops Summit 2026, inviting SREs, platform engineers, DevOps, ITOps and AIOps professionals to share their knowledge and shape the future of autonomous operations.

What: Flock, the Autonomous Production Ops Summit 2026, is a one-day conference on October 14 for practitioners and thought leaders to convene and drive the next generation of autonomous operations. The summit is seeking submissions for presentations focused on one or more of the following three tracks:
-
Prevent: Upstream Observability & Proactive Engineering
Submissions should focus on how the speaker is instrumenting for business risk and SLOs, not framework defaults, to catch degradation before it pages anyone. Whether it’s about scaling traditional observability, evolving AIOps pipelines or deploying agentic instrumentation, presentations should focus on how teams are designing systems that anticipate failure. -
Resolve: Investigation, Incident Management & Root-Cause Analysis
Submissions should focus on how teams are utilizing specialized agents to parse logs, metrics and traces across disparate sources to surface a real causal chain. Submissions should explore the modern reality of DevOps, incident management, alerting and AI site reliability engineering. Speakers should share how their team or intelligent tooling accelerates MTTR, and exactly where human-in-the-loop still matters. -
Operate: Architecture, Economics & The Reality of Scale
Submissions should focus on how companies are running production operations securely (on-prem, VPC or air-gapped) and efficiently. Sessions should focus on sharing data-backed perspectives on keeping infrastructure costs sane, managing token efficiency or making the case for building DIY agents versus adopting out-of-the-box platforms. This track is ideal for individuals responsible for balancing the budget and the architecture of modern operations.
Why: Production environments have outgrown human understanding. Engineering teams are drowning in alert fatigue, fragmented multi-tool war rooms and exhausting 2 a.m. pages. The industry is moving past reactive AI setups that simply chase noise faster.
“The future belongs to true agentic operations: autonomous systems capable of contextual reasoning, pre-threshold anomaly detection and data-efficient, secure execution directly within localized environments," said Gou Rao, Co-founder and CEO, NeuBird AI. “Flock brings together executives and practitioners transforming their operations for better business outcomes and long-term relevance in an agentic world, while sharing their experiences and lessons learned.”
Who: Potential speakers can submit for either a 30-minute “Technical Deep Dive” or 20-minute “Strategic Executive Keynote.” Technical Deep Dive presentations are for practitioners to share their experiences with autonomous production ops architecture, telemetry and the hard implementation details behind autonomous operations. Strategic Executive Keynote sessions are designed for leaders to discuss the organizational, economic and risk decisions behind adopting agentic ops.
“This event is designed for the leaders and engineers who have run the on-call rotation,” said Venkat Ramakrishnan, COO and President, NeuBird AI. “We want to hear your war stories and see the numbers that prove your solution works in production.”
Submissions will be evaluated on operational reality over proof of concept ideas. NeuBird AI is looking for real production telemetry, concrete metrics and architectural hurdles. Accepted speakers will receive a complimentary VIP pass and a recorded, professionally edited video of their speaking session.
When: Proposals are due by August 31, 2026, and can be submitted here.
