DISCO Appoints Andre Mintz to Board of Directors

Security and privacy risk management executive brings extensive senior leadership and deep practical expertise

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DISCO (NYSE: LAW), a creator of industry-leading litigation technology, today announced that former Meta, longtime information security senior executive and public-company board member Andre Mintz has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective July 21, 2026.

“Andre brings to DISCO a wealth of valuable data security experience earned in some of the largest and most challenging risk environments in the world,” said Chairman of the Board Scott Hill. “Information security and data privacy are the cornerstones of how we build and maintain trust with our customers, and Andre will add a sharp perspective to our established practices to keep DISCO at the forefront of this rapidly evolving space.”

Mintz has led a multi-decade career in security and privacy risk management, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Security and Privacy at Meta. He has also held senior roles at Newport Group, Red Ventures, Nuance Communications and Leviathan Security Group. Other key positions include senior roles at Microsoft, Reuters and FedEx.

“Customers trust DISCO with their most sensitive data, and they earn that trust every day with a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to security,” Mintz said. “It is clearly a priority for the executive team and the Board, and I’m looking forward to helping further advance the strong work underway.”

In addition to DISCO, Mintz also serves on the Board of Directors for Q2, a publicly traded financial technology services company.
