Cederholm to lead organization to enable decision advantage across global operations

Cederholm as its chief executive officer, effective immediately. LtGen Cederholm brings more than 36 years of senior leadership experience translating strategic intent into disciplined execution across complex, mission-critical global operations.

Most recently, LtGen Cederholm had the privilege of serving as the Commanding General, I Marine Expeditionary Force, where he led 44,500 service members in complex, multinational operations. Previously, as Deputy Commandant for Aviation, he architected Project Eagle, a 15-year, $240B modernization strategy designed to strengthen readiness and operational decision-making through AI-driven capabilities.

LtGen Cederholm holds a Master of Science in National Security Studies from the National War College and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan University. He is a graduate of and former Instructor at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and a Fellow of MIT’s Seminar XXI and AI for National Security Leaders programs.
