Auxis accelerates Colombia growth by hiring over 500 bilingual professionals in Bogotá

Second major Colombia hub reflects rising demand for nearshore outsourcing talent and services

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Auxis, a leading business modernization and nearshore outsourcing provider and part of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC and its multinational platform, today announced the opening of a new knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) center in Bogotá, Colombia. The move strengthens Auxis’ ability to help organizations scale AI-enabled transformation and increasingly complex business operations while creating hundreds of career opportunities in one of Latin America's largest shared services markets.

The Bogotá center currently employs more than 200 professionals and is expected to grow to more than 700 over the next year. Employees will support leading U.S. organizations across finance and accounting, HR, customer support, IT, AI and other business functions while gaining experience with global clients in a collaborative, technology-driven environment focused on innovation, continuous learning and career growth.

The opening marks a key milestone in the growth of Auxis’ Latin America nearshore delivery footprint, becoming its second major capabilities center in Colombia. Since debuting in Colombia in 2021, Auxis has expanded to 500 employees across the country’s leading shared services markets, including Barranquilla, Bogotá and Medellín.

Bogotá represents one of the deepest and fastest-growing bilingual talent markets in Latin America, making it a natural fit for our continued growth,” said Raul Vega, a partner in Grant Thornton’s Advisory practice and CEO of Auxis, a Grant Thornton US company. “This investment strengthens our ability to help clients access the right talent, in the right location, and at the right scale to accelerate growth, transformation and business outcomes.”

The new Bogotá facility complements Auxis’ global outsourcing operations in Costa Rica and strategic hubs in other key regional talent markets. That approach has earned industry recognition, with analyst firms including Everest Group and ISG recognizing Auxis as one of the few global outsourcing providers to offer a true nearshore-centric delivery model for US clients.

Auxis’ Colombia expansion reflects rising demand for nearshore services, with 44% of organizations already operating in or evaluating Latin America as part of their delivery strategy, Grant Thornton’s Q2 2026 CFO Survey reports. Nearshoring continues to gain momentum as organizations seek outsourcing benefits combined with greater agility, real-time collaboration and close business alignment.

Auxis helped pioneer the nearshore outsourcing model in Latin America with the launch of its first capabilities center in Costa Rica in 2010. Since joining the Grant Thornton Advisors multinational platform in 2025, the company has further expanded its global delivery network across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region, providing clients with flexible, scalable solutions that evolve with their business needs.

The new Bogotá office represents the next chapter of that growth while reinforcing Auxis’ people-first culture. Located in Connecta 26, Colombia’s first sustainable corporate business park, the modern workspace features collaborative meeting areas, technology-enabled workspaces and artwork by a local artist celebrating Bogotá’s transformation into a modern global business hub.

Bogotá is home to an exceptional community of talented professionals, and we're excited to continue investing in that talent,” said Lizzie Arroyo, vice president of Human Resources and Administration for Auxis, a Grant Thornton US company. “We're building more than a KPO center — we're creating a place where people can grow their careers, collaborate with global teams, develop expertise in emerging technologies and business operations, and make a meaningful impact from day one.”

Auxis is actively recruiting bilingual professionals to support the continued growth of its Bogotá KPO center. For more information, visit auxis.com.
