NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JBC Technologies, a leading flexible materials converter and engineered die-cut solutions provider headquartered in North Ridgeville, Ohio, today announced the acquisition of NADCO Tapes & Labels, Inc., a Sarasota, Florida-based manufacturer.
The acquisition represents an important step in JBC's growth strategy, strengthening its national footprint and expanding its capabilities in custom functional tapes and labels, adhesive components, and specialty converting.

The Sarasota facility will continue operations, serving as a critical Southeast manufacturing hub for the combined organization.
