Abra Welcomes Four Executives to Power Company Growth

The wealth management company’s executive team additions join as the company focuses on client growth and product expansion

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Abra Financial Holdings, Inc. ("Abra"), a digital asset wealth management company, today announced the expansion of its leadership team, including four new executives. Genni Combes joins as Chief Financial Officer, Dan Perry is appointed Chief Marketing Officer, Nicole Trudeau joins as Chief Legal Officer, and Eddie Chung is named the Vice President of Business and Corporate Development.

Genni Combes joins Abra with over 30 years of experience across banking, asset management, and fintech. She most recently spent five years as CFO at Crowdstreet. Earlier in her career, she served as a Managing Director at JP Morgan H&Q, where she established their fintech research practice. Genni joins Abra with an objective to access increasing investment capital and financial markets, while positioning Abra as a global leader in digital asset stewardship and innovation.

Dan Perry joins Abra with 20 years of experience, most recently serving as Head of Global Growth at Kraken. In this role, he led marketing and growth efforts for over 100 markets and focused on compounding user growth, revenue, and product engagement. His career also spanned leadership at Grant Thornton and PwC, where he led Growth & Strategy practices, including strategy and execution for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions. At Abra, he will oversee client acquisition and retention while leading product and geographic expansion.

Nicole Trudeau’s career has been defined by building and leading high-performing legal and compliance teams, which she’ll bring to her role at Abra. Previously, she served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Wave Digital Assets and as Director, Crypto and International Legal at Robinhood, where she drove critical regulatory initiatives and launched the company’s crypto trading platform in Europe. At Abra, Trudeau will provide legal guidance to support business growth, operational resilience, and regulatory alignment.

Eddie Chung is Abra's VP of Business and Corporate Development, leading partnership development, DeFi protocol integrations, institutional distribution, and inorganic growth. He brings more than 20 years of experience across M&A, corporate development, and strategic partnerships, with prior senior roles at Ripple, Kraken, Intuit, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At Kraken, he was Head of Business Development, and at Ripple, he led corporate development, including the acquisition of GTreasury and the launch of Evernorth, an XRP digital asset treasury company.
