Leadership moves will accelerate AI-driven platform innovation, cyber workforce development and global expansion
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hack The Box (HTB), the global leader in AI cybersecurity readiness, today announced the appointment of Konstantinos Dolkas as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the promotion of Christine Bartlett to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it expands its AI cybersecurity readiness platform and accelerates global growth.
With more than 800 enterprise customers and a global community of more than 4.3 million security professionals, HTB continues to scale its presence across enterprise, government and managed security service provider (MSSP) markets. Together, Bartlett and Dolkas will drive HTB's strategic roadmap, expanding its reach and enhancing its platform to help organizations build resilient, AI-ready cyber talent capable of mitigating sophisticated modern threats.
“As the threat landscape evolves alongside rapid advancements in AI, organizations recognize that true cyber resilience depends on continuous, hands-on workforce capability,” said Haris Pylarinos, Founder and CEO of Hack The Box. “Konstantinos brings technical experience building and scaling world-class engineering organizations, while Christine has played a critical role in expanding our global brand and strengthening how we connect with customers around the world. Their leadership will be vital as we advance our platform to prepare the global cybersecurity workforce for the most complex security challenges.”
As CTO, Dolkas will oversee HTB’s engineering organization and technology strategy, including platform architecture, engineering operations and product delivery. He will help grow the engineering team while continuing to expand the platform's capabilities across offensive, defensive and AI-enabled security operations.
Dolkas brings nearly 20 years of executive technology leadership experience across cybersecurity, SaaS, mobility and insurance. Prior to joining HTB, Dolkas served as CTO at OWNR Deutschland GmbH, leading engineering and technology strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in cloud computing architecture and a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the National Technical University of Athens.
As CMO, Bartlett will lead the company’s global marketing organization and oversee brand, communications, product marketing, demand generation and go-to-market strategy. Since joining HTB as Vice President of Marketing in 2025, Bartlett has expanded the company’s global awareness while advancing its vision.
Before joining HTB, Bartlett served as CMO at SonicWall after holding senior marketing leadership roles at Cisco. She has been recognized as a CRN Women of the Channel honoree and named to the 2026 HotTopics Future B2B CMO 100.
“The speed of innovation and the rise of AI-driven attacks demand security teams that can respond with confidence,” said Bartlett. “At Hack The Box, we are focused on helping organizations build cyber readiness through practical, hands-on learning. I look forward to working with our customers and partners worldwide to scale our impact and build the AI-ready security workforce of the future.”
