Recognition reflects commitment to innovation, employee experience, financial strength, and long-term growth
BELMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG), a global leader in AI-powered customer engagement, today announced it has been named to TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies 2026. Presented in collaboration with Statista, the ranking recognizes U.S. companies demonstrating excellence in employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency.

This distinction comes as organizations increasingly turn to AI to transform business communications and customer engagement. Building on its longstanding leadership in voice AI, RingCentral is combining trusted cloud communications with AI-powered innovation to help organizations create more intelligent, personalized, and connected experiences for customers and employees.
"We're honored to be named by TIME as one of America's Best Companies for 2026," said Kira Makagon, President & Chief Operating Officer at RingCentral. "This inclusion reflects the passion of our employees, the trust our customers place in us, and our relentless focus on innovation and execution.”
Makagon continued, "Voice is mission-critical and the richest source of business intelligence available to any company. RingCentral sits at the first point of contact between businesses and their customers, giving us a natural advantage to deploy AI agents from the get-go. Built on over two decades of carrier-grade reliability and customer trust, our Agentic Voice AI creates an intelligence layer across every conversation — helping businesses answer more calls, capture more leads, and drive faster outcomes at scale.”
TIME and Statista identified America's Best Companies 2026 based on performance across three primary dimensions:
- Employee Satisfaction: Based on survey data from approximately 217,000 verified employees at U.S. companies over the past three years, including company recommendations and employer ratings across company image, workplace culture, working conditions, compensation, and equality.
- Financial Performance: Based on Statista's revenue database covering the previous five years. Eligible companies generated at least US$100 million in revenue during 2025. Companies were evaluated using both short and long term revenue growth, changes in net income, asset growth, and return on assets (ROA).
- Sustainability Transparency: Based on Statista's ESG Database and additional research evaluating environmental, social, and governance factors, including carbon emissions intensity, emissions reductions, CDP scores, board diversity, human rights policies, CSR reporting, and compliance practices.
The award list was announced on July 9, 2026, and can be viewed on TIME.com.
