WILMINGTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$ONTO–Onto Innovation Inc. (NYSE: ONTO) today announced the company has received the Novel Technology Collaboration Award from TSMC as part of their initiative recognizing the outstanding contributions of their global suppliers.
